Meet Jurga Rimkute, owner and creative director at LANPHIER, a Darien day spa creating an exceptional escape from everyday life to self-care, self-love and complete relaxation. Jurga has been with the company for 11 years and the business has been a household name in Darien since 1993.
LANPHIER is a proud participant of local fundraisers, charity events and auctions. Jurga and her team actively raise money as well as donate beauty products or services for those in need. “We want our town to succeed,” Jurga says, “So we can do better together.”
Without a doubt COVID-19 made an impact on spas all over Connecticut; but this didn’t stop Jurga. During the mandatory business shutdown from March to June, the LANPHIER team took advantage of the down time and used it to renovate their already beautiful 11,000 sq/ft establishment. “At the end of the day we can choose: to complain or be grateful for everything that we already have,” says Jurga. LANPHIER doubled their hair color room capacity and reopened with 18 hair color stations, 12 hair shampoo stations, and 19 styling stations. The team has taken all necessary precautions to keep clients safe.
“The fall season is the perfect time to decongest your skin with an exfoliating body treatment,” Jurga tells us. “The Crushed Cabernet Scrub will leave your skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated.” In addition, LANPHIER is offering a limited time 15 minute scalp or foot massage, the Caudalie eye treatment or customized energy work as you relax into the soothing body wrap.
