FACES

Be confident with Linda Stephens. Linda Stephens is the founder of Linda Stephens Fitness LLC. She has been a Darien resident since 1996 and is a part of IFBB Pro (International Federation of Bodybuilding). Through her fitness programs, Linda offers midlife mastery, online nutrition programs, personal training, and contest prep.

Although strength training and wellness have always been a passion of hers, Linda’s life didn’t always revolve around bodybuilding and fitness. In fact, after graduating from college, Linda worked in equity sales and trading for UBS in New York City for 15 years before deciding to start her family. It was at that point she knew she needed to “reinvent” herself. “I’ve always weight-trained and taken care of myself. So, I decided to make a living doing what I love” she says.

Linda Stephens Fitness, LLC focuses on bringing health not only to the community but to women around the U.S. With an extensive local presence throughout Fairfield County and a virtual business extending across the nation, Linda works primarily with women over 40 years old to help them balance their wellness as they approach midlife.
