Quaint shops, boutiques and eateries fill each side of a three-block stretch of the Post Road from Leroy Avenue to Sedgwick Avenue. Venture a block or two in either direction away from the Post Road and you’ll find more shops and salons.
There’s additional shopping in both directions along the Post Road. One of the town’s oldest businesses – Nielsen’s Florist – is located south of Interstate 95. The nursery has served residents of Darien for more than 75 years.
If you’re looking for “big box” retailers, you’ll have to venture outside the town limits to Norwalk or Stamford. Check out what our small town has to offer.
